We need hands to assemble the structure, help with setup and teardown, run cables, manage gear, and keep things moving smoothly.

Ways to Get Involved
Build crew
Help assemble and disassemble the dome structure. Physical work, outdoor conditions.
Tech crew
Set up projectors, speakers, cables, and gear. Training provided.
Event support
Front of house, guest experience, crowd flow, hospitality.
Logistics
Transport, inventory, scheduling, site coordination.
Creative collaborators
Musicians, visual artists, designers—if you make things, we want to hear from you.
Specialists
Electricians, riggers, AV engineers, fabricators—bring your expertise.
What to Expect
This is project-based work. Deployments happen at festivals, venues, and events throughout the year.
Experience levels vary across the team. We value commitment and reliability over credentials.
Compensation structures depend on the role and the project. Some positions are paid, some are volunteer with perks, some are collaborative partnerships.
